How can I exchange an item from my order?Updated a year ago

If your new item isn't as you would have hoped, the easiest way to exchange it for another size or colour is to return your unwanted (and unworn) garment and then place a new order online for the desired item(s). 

This way we can ship the new product to you as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return, we will process a refund or issue a gift voucher.
